How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose the app and tap "Cancel Subscription". Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I restore purchases on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID and use the "Restore Purchases" button in the app's settings.

How do I turn off personalized ads?

Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disable permission for the app. A premium subscription removes ads entirely.

Where is my data stored?

Recordings, vault photos and scans are stored locally on your device. We recommend regular backups via iCloud or Finder. See the Privacy Policy for details.

I forgot my Secret Calculator PIN. What do I do?

Write to us from the device the app is installed on — we'll walk you through the available recovery options. For security reasons we cannot remove the code remotely.
